Entries now open for Savour Patissier of the Year!

The newest competition in patisserie, Savour Patissier of the Year will be opening up for entries starting this Friday, 27th November.

The competition will be held at Foodservice Australia, Sydney from May 22 -24, 2016.

We are first taking applications for those entering all four categories:

  • Tarts
  • Éclairs
  • Entremets
  • Macarons

The winner of Savour Patissier of the Year will take home $10,000aud in cash.
