We are very fortunate to have Paul take time out of his very busy schedule to be a guest judge at Savour Patissier of the Year and answer some questions.
Entries are closing on Thursday, December 15th for Savour Patissier of the Year, arguably the biggest patisserie competition in the world after only one year since it’s inception.
