Savour Patissier of the Year is a new concept in patisserie competitions that will attract the World’s best patisserie professionals.
The competition will be held at Foodservice Australia, Sydney, May 27-29, 2018.
All products are to be pre-made in your own kitchen, with the finishing touches and garnishes placed on the product in the competition area.
There are four categories for the competitors to enter:
- Éclairs sponsored by Ravifruit
- Entremets sponsored by Callebaut
- Desserts sponsored by Bulla Family Dairy
Our panel of judges will include some of the most internationally renowned pastry chefs in the world.
Competitors will present each judge with their creation and the judges will taste and judge each product. The judges will select a winner in each category. The competitor with the highest combined score will win the title and prize of Savour Patissier of the Year.
The winner of each individual category will be awarded the prize and title for that category.
